Where can I view a calendar showing LMC events?
  • Both the Meeting and Events pages show a combined calendar with all events ... if you think it is a little cluttered, you're right, but we decided it would be better to start off showing you everything and then letting you narrow down the types of events that are shown.
  • If all you are interested in is Board and Committee meetings, or all you are interested in is Social events, you can simplify your view of the LMC Calendar by clicking on the icon to the right and then deselecting the Catagories you don't care about. Note: the calendar will open in a new tab in your browser.
How long as Kim worked at the Beach Club?
The answer to that question, as well as for Brian, Bob, Ruth, Carol, Sue, and the rest of the crew (plus photos) are towards the bottom of the Contact LMC page.
What is the difference between LMC and LOA?
Established in 1968, LMC (Ludlow Maintenance Commission) is the incorporated homeowners association that includes the North Bay area of Port Ludlow. All lot and condominium owners within its boundaries are required to be members and are required to pay an annual assessment for operation and maintenance of its facilities and common areas. These include the Beach Club, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, Kehele Park tennis courts and playground, RV/Boat storage area and over 50 acres of greenbelts.

Any owner of a lot in the North Bay area of Port Ludlow is automatically a member of the North Bay Lot Owners Association (LOA). This organization exists primarily to improve communication, promote social interaction, nominate candiates to the LMC Board of Trustees to represent lot owners, and help preserve LMC common properties. It owns no property and operates primarily with voluntary contributions.
